Mr. Elwood has been practicing commercial real estate appraisal since March of 2007 and is a certified general appraiser in South Dakota and Minnesota. The certified general license is the highest level of licensure available at the state level. Mr. Elwood became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in April of 2013.

Kyle Martin, MAI is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Martin has been practicing commercial real estate appraisal since August 2004 and is a certified general appraiser in South Dakota and Iowa. The certified general license is the highest level of licensure available at the state level. Mr. Martin became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 2016.
